What We Do

Since 2015 Next Jen Inspections LLC has offered the most detailed and informational residential home inspection in Eastern Washington. We go the extra mile for you, traversing the roof coverings, squeezing into attic spaces and wriggling through the crawlspaces to get you as much information as possible about the structures and systems of your home. We use various diagnostic tools to go above and beyond for you, testing items such as appliance functionality and water pressure. We show you the items we find during the inspection and explain the issues in an easy to understand way. We do not "nickel and dime" you by charging more fees for final walkthroughs, ensuring repairs have been done properly and giving you the peace of mind you need.

Jen by far goes above and beyond the line of duty! I'm buying my first home and she kept us very positive about what we were buying and gave us great advice on how to do simple thing to keep our investment in good shape. Her reports are very clean and organized with photos and descriptions of what she has found.
